The egg’s surface features a striking “Dancing Elephant” motif, a meticulous recreation of one of Rembrandt Bugatti’s original sculptures. As the second son of Carlo Bugatti, Rembrandt’s artistry graced the bonnet of the legendary Bugatti Type 41 Royale—widely regarded as one of the most luxurious automobiles ever crafted. To achieve an exact recreation, artisans from Asprey Studio journeyed to Bugatti’s historic home in Molsheim, France, where they conducted a precise 3D scan of the original bonnet mascot from one of the few surviving Type 41 Royale models. This exquisite sculpture was then masterfully reimagined in silver by Asprey’s skilled silversmiths.

Encased within the egg’s intricate lattice and carbon fiber shell, a bespoke Asprey-engineered diamond door unveils an enchanting tableau: the Château Saint-Jean, Bugatti’s esteemed residence in Molsheim. At the forefront of this scene sits a removable sterling silver rendition of the Bugatti Type 41 Royale Esders, elegantly poised as a tribute to automotive grandeur.
